At Pro-Esthatic Nutrition, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.

Shipping within India: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above 20 USD. Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below this amount or for COD orders.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the contact form or email us at [your support email] with your order ID, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.
